A 24-month loyalty subscription with nothing upfront — here's exactly how designs, ownership and leaving early work.
Designs and monthly changes
Before you sign up, you get a free sample of your homepage — no commitment. Once you subscribe, we put together 2 full designs for you to choose from and approve in writing (email is fine).
Each month, your plan includes a number of changes — measured in hours, or unlimited small changes one at a time on our Unlimited plans. Small tweaks (text, photos, prices, opening hours) come out of this. Hours don't roll over, so it's worth using them.
Ownership works like a phone contract
Vxorcy Ltd owns the site's design and code until it's paid off — either by completing the 24-month term, or by paying the exit balance early. Ownership then transfers to you in writing.

Leaving early
No cancellation fee. You pay the full site price minus the build payments already made, then keep the site — spread over up to 6 monthly instalments if you like.
Worked example
A Basic customer (£1,500 full site price, £12.50 of each monthly payment going towards the build) leaving after 10 months pays:
£1,500 − (10 × £12.50) = £1,375
30-day guarantee
Cancel within 30 days of going live and owe nothing — we take the site down.
If you leave without paying
We take the site down, but your content and data are returned to you, in line with UK GDPR.
Flexible options
Pause
Up to 2 months a year; the site stays live at £10/month (static) or half price (backend). The term extends by the length of the pause.
Downgrade
Move to a cheaper plan or tier instead of cancelling.
Pay ahead
Pay 12 months upfront and get an extra 10% off those months.
Extra designs
After your first 2, extra designs or a later redesign are £80 each.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. If you leave early you pay the exit balance — the full site price minus the build payments already made — and keep the site. You can spread that over up to 6 monthly instalments.
What counts as a "change"?
Updating text, photos, prices, opening hours, adding a page within your limit, or small layout tweaks. Your included hours (or unlimited plan) cover this each month; hours don’t roll over.
Do unused hours roll over to next month?
No — included hours reset each month and don’t carry over.
Whose name is the domain registered in?
Yours. Every plan includes one .co.uk or .com domain registered in your name, even while the design and code are still ours. We register it once you subscribe, not before — so there’s nothing to buy or unwind if you cancel beforehand.
What happens after 2 years?
Once you’ve completed the 24-month term (or paid the exit balance earlier), ownership of the design and code transfers to you in writing. You can keep subscribing for a lower price, or take the site elsewhere.
