Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Vxorcy Ltd, trading as VXwave, is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), your plan of interest, your current website (if given), and your message. We don't use tracking cookies on this site.

3. How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free homepage sample, and — if you become a customer — to deliver and support your subscription.

4. Where it's hosted

This website, and the websites we build for our customers, are hosted in the EU with Hetzner. We don't transfer your data outside the UK/EU without an appropriate safeguard in place.

5. Data processor vs data controller

For this website and our own marketing, we're the data controller. For the websites we build and host for our customers — their forms, bookings and member data — we act as a data processor on their behalf, under instructions from them as the data controller for their own customers' information.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted when no longer needed. Customer account data is kept for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. To do so, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO if you think we've mishandled your data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be here.
