Subscription terms

1. Who you're contracting with

VXwave is a trading name of Vxorcy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Vxorcy Ltd.

2. The subscription

Plans run on a 24-month loyalty subscription. There's nothing to pay upfront — no deposit and no setup fee. Your first payment is due when your site goes live.

We register your domain once you subscribe, not before — so if you cancel before then, nothing has been bought and nothing is owed on either side.

3. Loyalty discount

Your monthly price drops by 5% of your starting price every 6 months you stay subscribed, capped at 40% off from month 49 onward. Your price will never fall below twice your hosting and domain cost.

4. Ownership

This works a bit like a phone contract. We own the design and code we build for you until it's paid off — either by completing the 24-month term or by paying the exit balance early. Ownership then transfers to you in writing.

Your name, logo, text and photos are always yours. Your customers' data — anything collected through forms, bookings or accounts on your site — is always yours. Your domain is registered in your name and is always yours. Hosting and servers are always ours.

5. Leaving early

There's no cancellation fee. If you leave before the 24-month term is up, you pay an exit balance — the full site price, minus the part of each monthly payment that went towards the build so far — and you keep the site. You can spread this over up to 6 monthly instalments.

If you cancel within 30 days of your site going live, you owe nothing and we take the site down. If you stop paying without agreeing an exit, we'll take the site down, but we'll return your content and data to you in line with UK GDPR.

6. Pausing

You can pause your subscription for up to 2 months a year. Your site stays live at a reduced rate (£10/month for static sites, half price for backend sites), and your 24-month term is extended by the length of the pause.

7. Changes to your site

Each plan includes a set number of hours of changes a month (or unlimited small changes, handled one at a time, on our Unlimited plans). Included hours don't roll over to the next month. Work outside your plan — extra pages, extra designs, rush jobs — is charged at the rates on our add-ons page.

8. VAT

We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to any of the prices we quote.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll tell you about any material change that affects your subscription before it takes effect.
